We take pride in crafting unique handmade crochet items with care and attention to detail. Please note the following terms for refunds and exchanges:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the delivery has been completed and the courier has left your property.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only available if there is a defect in the product. If anything is not as it should be, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of receiving your item, and we will gladly assist with an exchange.

Color Variation: Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color may occur. We strive to match the colors as closely as possible to your selection, but exact shades may not be guaranteed.

Mixed Colors: For bags with mixed colors, we cannot guarantee that the color arrangement will be identical for every item. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in its design.
